Credit packs

On Pro, add credits whenever you need more. Pack credits are used after your monthly credits and are valid for 365 days from purchase, unless a longer period is shown at purchase.

How credits work

Monthly credits refill at the start of each billing month, on yearly plans too. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Opening a report you already have, or downloading a PDF you already made, is free.
Running the same report for the same listing again within 30 days is free.
A Property Report costs 20 credits instead of 30 credits when you bought that listing’s Location Report in the last 30 days.
A Location Report is free once you have that listing’s Property Report.
On AI Search, every match’s Quick Report is free.
If a paid report or search fails to complete, the credits charged for it are restored.
Comparing reports and the Report Assistant are included on every plan.

Billing

Prices are in US dollars. Before you buy, checkout shows the plan, the total charge including applicable taxes or how they are calculated, the billing interval, the renewal terms and the credit allowance.
Auto-renewal is off by default. We would rather earn your continued business than rely on a renewal you did not choose. Yearly plans end when the year you paid for is over, and monthly plans renew month to month for up to a year, then stop. We email you a week before your plan ends. If you would like it to keep going, you can turn on auto-renewal from your Profile page at any time, and turn it off again just as easily.
A yearly plan is charged once a year in advance, and its credits are given each month.
You can also turn auto-renewal off, or stop a monthly plan's renewals sooner, by writing to info@landagentai.com. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Beta access never turns into a paid plan without your express authorization.

During the beta, Location and Property Reports, PDFs and AI Searches are for beta testers. Create a free account and ask for beta access on your Profile page: beta testers we approve get Pro free for a month. Nothing you have already analysed goes away.
